Account Setup for On-Line Prepayments
Sign up for your account in 3 easy steps:
1. Go to MySchoolBucks
2. Create your account
3. Apply prepayments to your students account using your credit/debit card or electronic check. Prepayments can also be made in the school cafeteria by cash, check or credit/debit card.
Any balances remaining in our previous online payment service provider have been transferred to MySchoolBucks.
Charge Policy
Cumberland County Schools follow Board-approved guidelines regarding student meal charges and account limits.

Account Refunds
Refunds of unused meal account funds are processed by the Child Nutrition Services (CNS) Office. Refunds are not issued at the school level.
To request a refund, please contact the CNS Office at 910-678-2502.
Withdrawn or Transferring Students
When a student withdraws from Cumberland County Schools, any remaining balance on the meal account may be refunded upon request. Refunds must be requested within 60 calendar days of withdrawal.
Continuing Students
For students who remain enrolled in Cumberland County Schools, meal account balances automatically carry forward to the next school year. A refund is not required at the end of the school year unless specifically requested by the parent or guardian.

Angel Fund
Cumberland County Schools’ Angel Fund provides community members with an opportunity to support students who have exceeded their allotted meal charge limit.
When a student reaches the maximum allowable charge balance, the Angel Fund helps cover the cost of additional reimbursable meals so the student may continue to participate in school meals without interruption.
Contributions of any amount are appreciated and are used solely to support students within Cumberland County Schools who may need temporary assistance beyond their charge limit.
